Privacy protection rules

1. General provisions

1.1.The websites www.in-axis.lt, www.in-axis.com, www.cadsoft.lt (hereinafter - the Website, the Websites) are owned and administered by In axis, UAB (registered office: 300661816, address: Vilkpėdės g. 22, LT-03151, Vilnius) (hereinafter - "In axis").

1.2 This Privacy Policy is a written document that sets out the privacy practices (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") that apply to all persons using the Site and Services. The terms used in the Privacy Rules correspond to the terms defined in the Website Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") (use of the Website, the Service, etc.) and their meanings, except where certain terms are separately defined in these Privacy Rules.

1.3.By using the Website and/or the Services in any manner and form, the Visitor unconditionally and irrevocably undertakes to comply with all the requirements set forth in these Privacy Rules. If the Visitor does not agree to unconditionally and irrevocably accept and comply with all the obligations set out in these Privacy Rules, the Visitor shall not be entitled to use the Website and/or the Services.

1.4 In axis has the right to unilaterally change and/or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Amendments to the Privacy Policy shall become effective upon their posting on the Site. If the Visitor continues to use the Website and/or the Services after the publication of the amendment and/or supplement to the Privacy Rules, it shall be deemed that the Visitor unambiguously agrees to all amendments and/or supplements to the Privacy Rules. If the Visitor does not agree with the amended and/or supplemented Privacy Rules, he/she shall lose the right to use the Website and/or Services.

1.5 The collection, processing and storage of personal data shall be governed by these Privacy Rules, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.

2. Data collected by In axis

2.1 You may only use or be able to fully use the Website and the Services by completing the registration procedure on the Website. The registration procedure is carried out by clicking on the relevant link on the Website, filling in all the mandatory fields of the registration form (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, login password) and, at the Visitor's choice, filling in the optional fields, thus providing the data about oneself to In axis ("Data").

2.2 In axis shall be entitled to use, at its sole discretion, any and all data provided by the Visitor during the registration procedure, as well as any other data collected by In axis about the Visitor.

2.3 The data that is collected during the registration procedure and/or when using the Site and/or Services are divided into:

      2.3.1. anonymous data. "In axis collects anonymous data relating to facts that cannot be attributed to an individual Visitor. For example, In axis collects certain information each time a Visitor visits the Site in order to improve the quality of the browsing experience on the Site. "In axis collects the IP addresses and related data of all Visitors (e.g. the last web address of the last web page visited before visiting the In axis network portal) and the types of browsers and operating systems (e.g. Firefox browser. Windows OS). "In axis also collects aggregate search terms from various search engines that target in-house advertising. "In axis collects this information from all Visitors for the purposes of monitoring, improving and direct advertising of the Services. "In axis also collects information about a Visitor's responses to questions posted on the Sites in order to gauge the Visitor's opinion of the Services, as well as advertising on the Sites. "In axis receives this information from all Visitors, whether or not they are registered.

      2.3.2. Personal data. This is data that can be used to identify a specific Visitor. Within the meaning of the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Lithuania, these data are considered to be personal data. Such data shall be collected and processed only with the consent of the Visitor, in the ways indicated below:

      2.3.2.1. registration: when the Visitor registers on the Website, the Visitor must obligatorily provide the following data: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, address, login password). The mandatory data provided are the necessary requisites for the VAT invoice in accordance with the VAT Law of the Republic of Lithuania and for the delivery of the purchased Goods or the provision of the Services.

      2.3.2.2 Correspondence and communication: if a Visitor contacts In axis, In axis may keep a record of such communication and other related information.

      2.3.2.4 In axis has the right to collect data about the Visitor when the Visitor logs on to the Website. This data shows which pages of the Website the Visitor visits, at what time and how often he/she does so, and which services he/she uses. Also, this information includes data that the Visitor sends to the Website.

2.4 The Data Subject may, at any time, contact the administration of the In axis e-shop at info@in-axis.lt to obtain access to his/her collected data and to request the rectification, erasure or suspension of the processing of his/her personal data.

3. Data recipients

3.1 The Anonymous Data collected is processed, processed and used by In axis for self-promotional and other similar purposes. Anonymous Data may be transferred to third parties and made public.

3.2 The Personal Data collected is processed by In axis in strict compliance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Lithuania. In axis processes Personal Data only for the following purposes: to identify and contact the person who purchases goods on the Website; to create a login account on the e-shop on the Website; to order and deliver Goods or provide Services; and, with the Visitor's consent, for direct marketing purposes. Personal information is not passed on to any third parties, except if required to do so by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.3 The Website may contain active hyperlinks to other websites. Some of these websites may collect personal information about the Visitor and advertising websites may use cookies and web beacons in their advertisements to collect information about the Visitor. "In axis' Privacy Policy and the provisions set forth herein do not include the privacy policies and information collection provisions of third parties. "In axis is not and cannot be held responsible for any actions of third parties that collect information about the Visitor.

3.4 The Data Subject has the right to be informed of the recipients to whom his/her personal data has been provided in the last one year.

4. Cookies and network data collectors

4.1 The Visitor understands and accepts that In axis collects Anonymous Data through the use of cookies and network data collectors.

4.2 A "cookie" is a small text document with a unique identification number that is transmitted from a website to the hard drive of a Visitor's computer so that the website administrator can distinguish between the Visitor's computer and the Visitor's online activity. The unique number identifies the Visitor's browser each time the Visitor visits the Website. Cookies prevent websites from remembering any personal information of the Visitor (such as the Visitor's name and address) that the Visitor might forget to classify. Cookies allow In axis to automatically remember a Visitor's Internet browser type when the Visitor visits the Sites. In order to offer the Visitor the best possible service, In axis uses cookies to:

   4.3.1. provide products and services in the best possible quality and efficiency. By storing certain information in cookie documents or by associating cookies with the registration process, favourite websites or a brief description of the Visitor in In axis' computer system, In axis can provide the Services more quickly and efficiently to a larger number of Visitors. This information is usually stored in an encrypted form that only In axis can decrypt;

   4.3.2. protect the Visitor against unauthorised use of their Data.

   4.3.3. be able to keep statistics, such as the number of Visitors and traffic. Such information is not linked to the Visitor's personal information.

4.4. the use of cookies is an industry standard and is therefore used on many websites. It is possible to prevent cookies from penetrating a Visitor's computer or to disable all forms of cookies. In this case, parts of the Services may not function partially or completely.

4.5 Web beacons are small graphic documents that In axis may place on the Sites and in emails that In axis sends to the Visitor. Together, cookies and web beacons allow In axis to accurately count the number of unique Visitors to the Sites and the number of hits on the relevant Sites. Through the use of network data collectors, In axis can also learn how many times a particular website whose advertisement was delivered to the Visitor by e-mail has been viewed. Such information is not linked to the Visitor's personal information.

4.6 Any image on the Website may be a network data collector. Third parties may use network data collectors in advertising on the Sites or otherwise in the advertising itself.

4.7 Because network data collectors work in conjunction with cookies, a Visitor may prevent network data collectors from collecting Visitor information by setting his or her browser not to accept any, or only Site cookies.

5. Use of Visitor Information

5.1 In axis has the right to use, at its own discretion, fully and in any manner not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, all the information collected about the Visitor:

   5.1.1. to edit the Content in the manner most relevant to the Visitor. In some cases, In axis needs to know the exact details of the Visitor in order to offer In axis specialized Services and targeted advertising;

   5.1.2. In axis collects and shares anonymous data about the Visitor with third parties (e.g. advertisers). In axis discloses to such parties information about the number of Visitors, the number of Visitors who have seen a particular advertisement and/or clicked on a particular link on a particular Website, etc. "In axis may also provide full demographic statistics of those Visitors who have seen and clicked on the relevant advertiser's link. "In axis may also disclose anonymous survey results. This process generally does not disclose any of the Visitor's personal information;

   5.1.3. In axis also uses aggregate data for statistical analysis of the general characteristics and behaviour of Visitors, in order to understand the needs related to certain parts of the Website and to analyse how and where to use the available resources most effectively. Without this data, In axis would not know which parts of the Site are the most popular and would not be able to make appropriate changes and edits to the Content and the Services offered;

   5.1.4 In axis may use a Visitor's personal information to contact the Visitor and to notify the Visitor of changes and updates to the Services, as well as to notify the Visitor of account or Terms violations;

   5.1.5. In axis may send e-mails with information about the Services that In axis believes would be of interest to the Visitor. The aforementioned information is only sent if the Visitor has given his/her consent.

6.  Security measures

6.1 In axis uses software and other measures to protect the Data of all Visitors. Visitor Data may only be accessed by authorised In axis employees and/or other persons authorised by In axis.

6.2 In axis asks the Visitor to exercise caution in the use and protection of the Data as the Visitor is solely responsible for the confidentiality of all Data. The Visitor should log out of the browser after finishing his/her work in order to make sure that no one accesses the Visitor's email, personal information, especially in cases where the Visitor uses a publicly accessible computer (e.g. internet café, library). In axis also warns that the Visitor should be careful not to disclose his/her personal information (such as the Visitor's real name, personal identification number, e-mail address, bank account codes, etc.) to third parties when using the Website and/or the Services. Such information may be used and directed against the interests of the Visitor, including acts such as fraud, spamming, etc.

6.3 In axis undertakes to endeavour to protect the personal data of the Visitor processed by In axis, however, given that the Visitor's information is sent via the Internet, In axis warns that In axis cannot and does not guarantee the security of any information transmitted by the Visitor, including personal data.

7. Software used on the Site and sold on the Site and its installation.

7.1 In axis may make available for installation software selected by In axis in its sole discretion for use with certain Services. Visitor understands and agrees that In axis may limit Visitor's ability to use certain Services in cases where certain software is not installed. Such software may be developed both by In axis and by third parties. The software may be designed to interact independently with In axis' or third parties' hardware in order to operate the installed software and to enable the Visitor to learn about updates and improvements to such software. The terms and conditions of use of such software are set out in a separate agreement, the text of which is made available to the Visitor upon installation of such software.
